The above rates do not include pool heating which is charged at an additional GBP100 per week if wanted. If the villa is not rented the week before your booking (or it is rented but the previous guests have opted not to have the pool heated) and you are particularly keen for the pool to be up to full temperature for your arrival there is the option of paying an additional GBP60 to have the pool pre-heated for your arrival.

Our change-over day is Thursday and all prices are for the whole villa for 1 week. It may be possible to be flexible about change-over day outside the main season or for late bookings

Winter Rate Notes

Winter rates start from GBP300 for 2 people and the price increases by GBP50 per additional person per week.

For bookings of 3 or more weeks in the winter period please contact us for an individual quote as we can often offer a special rate for long winter lets.

The winter rates allow for electricity consumption of GBP22 per week for electricity and GBP16 for gas.For consumption in excess of this guests will be charged the additional amount calculated from meter readings at the start and end of their stay.For longer rentals interim readings can also be arranged if wished.

If pool heating is chosen for a winter rental then only electricity consumption in excess of GBP100 per week would be charged for.

If Vila Margarida is too large for your group, or indeed if it is not large enough for your group and you would need further accommodation nearby, you may wish to consider our other property in Praia da Luz. Apartamento Azul is a modern 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment, 5 minutes walk from the beach (3 mins walk from Vila Margarida) which can comfortably sleep 6 plus cot. It has two sea facing balconies and one overlooking the pool.

It is in a small development of only 8 apartments sharing the use of a lovely pool and stunning roof terrace.
