We have local management agents Rosemary Reynolds Property Management who will visit you at the start of your holiday.They will answer any questions that arise and can advise on local events etc.
There is a regular maid service, 2-3 times per week and the linen is changed weekly.
The gardener visits most days and the pool is serviced weekly.
There is a telephone for incoming calls and local calls eg to restaurants and taxi companies. If you would particularly like to have the phone open for all outgoing calls and internet access this can be arranged by payment of a larger than usual security deposit which will be refunded less call costs once all phone bills for the period of your stay have been received.The security deposit required for this service is £700 and guests should be aware that it may take a couple of months after your stay to receive all phone bills for that period.Broadband internet access is also now available at a cost of £30/week. Use of this would also require payment of the larger security deposit of £700 and would mean that you would also have the phone open for all calls.No computer is provided at Vila Margarida and guests would need to bring their own laptop with them to avail themselves of the broadband facility.
All bed linen and towels for indoor use are provided.Please bring your own towels for poolside and beach use.
The villa is available to you from 14.00 on the day of arrival and should be vacated by 10.00 on the departure day. This is to allow time for the maid to prepare the villa between groups. It is possible that the maid may still be working at 14.00, but the villa is available to the new guests from that time.
Cot and high chair hire can be organised for you.
The cost of these are:cot hire £22 per week and high chair hire £8 per week.
If you wish to accommodate an additional one or two children on a folding bed rather than a cot then hire of folding beds can be arranged. The cost of folding bed hire is £60 per week.
A food and supplies delivery from a local supermarket can be arranged for your arrival. They make no charge
for delivery, but will only accept orders valued at £25 or over
